Job Description:

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and assisting with product installation and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with product installation and configuration

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a technical support role
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working with a variety of software and hardware
