Executive Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Dumont & Co. Accounting Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to office support staff.
They will establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met. The role also involves administering policies and procedures related to record release, coordinating office services, and preparing operating budgets.
In addition, the successful candidate will assemble data, prepare reports, and perform data entry tasks. They will also train staff, oversee payroll administration, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies
- Prepare operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data, prepare reports, and perform data entry tasks
- Train staff and oversee payroll administration
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and database software
- Experience with Google Drive and LinkedIn
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. You will require the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively.
