CarePartners is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to provide professional care in homes and residences in the community.
As a Home Support Worker, you will assist patients and families with activities of daily living, promoting dignity and independence.
- Bathing, showering, and personal hygiene
- Dressing and grooming
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Transferring and repositioning
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Bowel and bladder care
- Socializing and companionship
