Salary Range

$90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our team as an Innovative Experience Designer. As a key member of our consulting practice team, you'll deliver collaborative solutions and processes to our clients, supporting their development of adaptive capacity.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the delivery of client work by designing and delivering facilitated modules of activity, including co-design sessions for groups up to 25 participants.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform further study or project direction.
  • Develop written outputs and inputs to projects, including proposals, presentation materials, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Support business development activities by identifying opportunities, scoping approaches, and responding to proposals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related creative agency or consulting role.
  • Design and facilitation experience, preferably in systems thinking and co-design methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver discrete elements of projects on time, within scope, and within budget in various sectors.
  • Experience working in remote environments, with cross-functional teams, and multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of detail while seeing the forest from the trees.
