About the Role

Metalogic Inspection Services is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Project Administrator in our Edmonton region.

Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to develop industry-specific skills and grow your career in a fast-paced environment as part of an administration team crucial to the organization's success and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive, price, enter, and audit LEMs to ensure all costs/charges are captured accurately and efficiently.
  • Work independently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards in all tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between operators and payroll teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Read and understand client contracts or Purchase Orders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Create client invoices at contracted pricing, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Perform various finance duties and project work as needed, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Review and enter daily LEMS/timesheets to maintain accurate records and tracking.
  • Maintain a strong client focus with interactions with both internal and external clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of one (1) year site experience, with previous office or industry experience being an asset.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with knowledge of other Microsoft Office software (Word, OneNote, etc.).
  • TRACK / CDMS experience is an asset, as well as previous union time entry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
