Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Mattamy Homes. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and helping prospective homebuyers select their dream homes.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Mattamy Homes as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers, providing timely and accurate information on home features, upgrades, and pricing.
- Establish rapport with prospective homebuyers and inform them of available new homes, conducting show home tours and reviewing site and floor plans.
- Conduct appointments with homebuyers at various stages of the sales process, ensuring a successful sales process through discovery of their requirements and needs.
- Accurately execute all purchase agreements and required documents, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Prospect and follow up with potential homebuyers, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Assist the Community Sales Administrator with day-to-day tasks and responsibilities, preparing and maintaining purchaser files and entering homeowner information into the corporate database.
- 2 years of general sales experience, with new homes sales experience being an asset.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to discover customer requirements and match them to available homes.
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills, with the ability to read and understand construction, site, and floor plans.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy with experience in MS Office applications, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
