About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Waterfront Pool Supervisor and Aquatic Instructor to join our team at The Boulevard Club. This individual will be responsible for providing safe and effective supervision of members in and around the pool area, including prevention of accidents, performance of First Aid and water rescue, as well as providing quality aquatic instruction to the membership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance of water rescue and first aid when necessary.
  • Supervise pools, splash pad, and deck areas ensuring compliance with Club rules, regulations, and policies, as well as Health Protection and Promotion Act requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by ensuring proper storage of deck furniture and pool accessories.
  • Instruct swim classes as assigned, adhering to Life Saving Society program standards and teaching techniques.
Requirements
  • National Lifeguard certification
  • Standard First Aid with CPR C certification
  • LSS Swim Instructor certification
  • LSS Lifesaving Instructor certification
