We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Travel Advisor to join our team in Brantford, Ontario.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of corporate travel management services, Direct Travel. As a Leisure Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, building relationships, and delivering customized travel experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the travel industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office software, and excellent communication skills. You will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism, work effectively in a team environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leisure travel sales by building a clientele of new and existing business
  • Build client base through Virtuoso marketing, local events, and personal networking
  • Sell Direct Travel strategic supplier products
  • Plan itineraries, book tickets, and arrange travel accommodations and services
  • Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems
  • Provide excellent customer services to internal and external clients
