Astellas Canada seeks a Digital Solutions Expert to drive agile transformation and implement innovative solutions.
As an individual contributor in our digital team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital initiatives forward. Our agile operating model consists of two components: Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution focuses on aligning missions around business goals and facilitating collaboration on a larger scale. Digital Capability, on the other hand, concentrates on growth and development within specific expertise areas.
This dual structure enables us to scale agile practices efficiently while maintaining focus on both product development and individual skill enhancement.
The Business & Technical Analyst is a multifaceted role that bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Analyzing and translating business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring solutions meet business goals and user needs, requires a blend of business acumen, understanding of technical architectures, and effective communication with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative solutions, working on cutting-edge technologies in your field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and objectives.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and define requirements for solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications that guide the development of software applications, systems, or processes.
- Design solutions that fulfill business requirements, evaluating potential technical solutions for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals, requirements, and constraints.
- Assist in project management tasks, such as planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
- Participate in testing to ensure developed solutions meet defined requirements and standards.
- Develop training materials and provide support to users on new systems or applications.
- Create and maintain documentation related to business requirements, technical specifications, project plans, and reports.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
