Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to provide service to both external customers and support internal management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Payroll. They will also assist in developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Payroll
  • Assist in developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures
  • Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis to management
  • Prepare financial statements and analytical reports as part of the monthly reporting package
  • Regularly reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts and report actuals against forecasts
  • Ensure employee payroll is input into external provider's system and prepare reports and entries
  • Perform regular activities related to inter-company transactions as required
  • Act as finance advisor and service provider to the business unit
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 6 years of relevant experience and hold a university degree and/or accounting designation. You should also possess proficient computer skills, intermediate to advanced Excel user skills, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of accounting software and systems, strong understanding of accounting principles, and double-entry accounting.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic team player who is resourceful and dedicated. They should be able to adapt to changing environments, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary range of up to $100,000 per annum for this position.
