Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute care.
  • Work closely with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between different stages of treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that take into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care possible.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License.
  • Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Eligibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:

  • An estimated annual salary of $245,466.
  • Retention Premium: 30% of your base salary.
  • Retention Flat Fee: $47,460 per year.
  • Relocation Funding Available: Up to $15,000.
  • Recruitment Incentive: $10,000.
