Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Museum Student Ambassador. As a key member of our Community Development team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills while contributing to the success of our Heritage and Culture department.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, organization, and implementation of our summer children's program
- Recruit and train youth volunteers to assist with the summer children's program
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for special events, outreach activities, tours, exhibitions, and routine museum operations
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new initiatives and programs

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education institution or institution of higher learning, preferably in a visual arts/education program, history, library science, or other related fields
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with the public and work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Experience working with children and youth, with a strong commitment to providing a safe and inclusive environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
- Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
