Capco is a global consulting firm that helps financial institutions navigate the complexities of the financial services industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst, Treasury to join our team in Toronto.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our clients on mission-critical projects, leveraging your expertise in financial crime risk management and treasury operations. As a Business Analyst, Treasury, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and implementing changes to improve our clients' financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of financial crime regulatory environments in Canada and globally
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and develop solutions to address financial crime risks
  • Design and implement financial crime risk assessments, target operating models, and customer risk rating methodologies
  • Provide expert advice on financial crime regulations and industry best practices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on financial crime risk management and treasury operations
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial crime regulations and industry best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
