This is a unique opportunity to join the Ad Product & Operations team at Walmart Canada as a Digital Marketing Specialist - Sponsored Products. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of assigned Sponsored Product campaigns, ensuring that campaign KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this role will have 3+ years' experience implementing customer campaigns and strategies with a deep knowledge of search and auction-based environment, measurement methodologies and ad buying platforms. A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, how they work, how they can be integrated, and how to measure performance across those channels is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Be hands on - Leverage Sponsored Product Platform to have an overview of activity and performance">
  • Own the day-to-day management and optimization of assigned Sponsored Product campaigns, ensuring that campaign KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term.">
  • Pulls and analyzes campaign performance reports to inform daily optimizations and testing recommendations. Prepare research and insights to inform ongoing media recommendations">
  • Build and maintain a close relationship with our vendor partners">
  • Monitor dashboards to ensure campaigns are delivery and pacing successfully">
  • Cordinates all aspects of the Walmart Connect digital product development lifecycle, including project scoping, project plan development, project tracking, change management, monitoring and reporting through the application of proven project management principles and methodologies.">
  • Use critical thinking skills to anticipate and manage potential risks that will arise. Communicate these to the stakeholders on a regular basis and ensure decisions are made quickly and effectively">
  • Identify new opportunities to share with the various stakeholders">
  • Help lead discussion on a consistent bases with sales teams and Sr leadership">
  • Manages communication, ensuring that the best practices are being met and that campaigns are pro-actively set up for success">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering or Economics, with a sound understanding of data analytics.">
  • 3+ years' experience implementing customer campaigns and strategies with a deep knowledge of search and auction-based environment, measurement methodologies and ad buying platforms.">
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, how they work, how they can be integrated, and how to measure performance across those channels.">
  • Hands-on experience with Criteo platform a big plus.">
  • Good understanding of Ad technology and auction-based environments.">
  • Google / Adobe Analytics) and media buying platforms (ex. Google, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)">
  • Experience with Retail media online experience a plus.">
  • Proven ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations, POV statements, strategic and operational recommendations to internal stakeholders.">
  • Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findings to all levels throughout the organization.">
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently.">

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
