Financial Analyst Job Description

At 9585729 Canada Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating financial risk, advising on financial aspects of contracts and calls for tender, and analyzing investment projects.

Responsibilities:

* Evaluate financial risk and develop strategies to mitigate potential losses
* Advise on and participate in the financial aspects of contracts and calls for tender, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
* Analyze investment projects to identify potential returns and risks
* Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial planning
* Plan short- and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance, providing insights to inform business decisions
* Prepare a regular risk profile for debt portfolios, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
* Develop monetary policies and forecasts of financial activity, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
* Chartered Financial Analyst Designation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Work Environment:

* Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
