We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 9359-1121 Quebec inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to meet the needs of our customers
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and menu promotions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in menu development and kitchen operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Cook Trade Certification and/or Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC) designation
