Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support department, you will provide world-class customer support to users via multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical support position and possess excellent communication skills. They will be able to work on concurrent tasks while effectively organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating work assignments for self and other team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity and re-routing to other departments as required
- Taking ownership and following up on open cases which are unresolved
- Building strong client relationships by following up with customers in a timely manner
- Maintaining knowledge articles for publishing on the support portal for customers to find frequently asked questions
- Maintaining records of daily communications, transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken in the CRM system
In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $58,000 - $62,000 per year, plus bonus or commission, equity, benefits, and overtime eligibility.
