Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our outside sales team as an Outside Sales Representative. This role is based in the dedicated market territory of Woodstock and Brantford, where you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads utilizing an award-winning sales process.

Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary, with uncapped monthly commissions, monthly bonus, and car and cell phone allowances. Additionally, they will have access to industry leading sales training, cutting edge sales tools, including a data management device with CRM software, and work-life balance (no nights or weekends).

Key Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Aquiring new business accounts in your specified territory
  • Developing sales strategies and maintaining high productivity levels
  • Calling on businesses in person, from major corporations to small companies
  • Conducting presentation meetings with potential clients as needed
  • Negotiating sales contracts and overseeing new account installations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Outside business-to-business sales experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and CRM
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
