Job Title: Form Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Form Carpenter to join our team at D&G General Labour Ltd. As a Form Carpenter, you will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials to build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes using measuring tools
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
Work Environment:

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
