Financial Administrator Job Description

Northwest Furniture Market Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Preparation: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll accurately and efficiently.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports to support business decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns in a timely manner to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Work Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
