Technical Lead for Access Control Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to architect, build, and operate an effective Active Directory (AD)/Azure Entra ID and CyberArk environment.
  • Create and maintain LCL's Information Security policies and standards aligned with industry best practices and business needs.
  • Collaborate with application teams to identify and document IAM-related business needs, including access needs and access profiles.
  • Provide effective mentoring and guidance to team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience in architecting IAM solutions, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), AD/Azure Entra ID, and Privilege Access Management (PAM).
  • Extensive experience in designing and administering AD/Azure Entra ID and CyberArk environments.
  • Experience in integrating applications with SSO using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, RBAC, 2FA, MFA, and Security Token Services.
  • Experience in applying PAM controls to cloud platforms/applications and familiar with Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) concepts and solutions.
  • Solid experience with Directories, SSO, Federation, Delegated administration, API gateways, SOA services.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, including vbscript, powershell, perl, javascript, Graph API, Python, and LDAP query.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
