Nurse Care Specialist

As a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse with Interior Health Authority, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our long-term care patients.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide nursing care to our residents, both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing holistic nursing care that enhances the quality of life for our patients and their families;
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans;
- Maintaining and advancing your clinical competence through ongoing education and professional development;
- Participating in hospital committees and teams to promote evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes.
This is a Casual opportunity, which means that hours are not guaranteed and may vary, with shifts scheduled days and nights, rotating from 07:00 to 19:00 or 19:00 to 07:00 hours.

In this role, you will receive a competitive salary range of approximately $63,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, extended health benefits, and a pension plan.
