Electrical Service Specialist

Job OverviewThis role is part of our Technical Service team, responsible for providing technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will be working with autonomous systems, 320XPC's, and other equipment, ensuring seamless operation and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers on-site, ensuring equipment is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Research and troubleshoot technical issues, applying mechanical and electrical knowledge to resolve problems.
- Maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate records and effective communication.
- Interface with our product support group to assist, rectify, and improve repetitive or critical issues.
- Participate in machine building and commissioning phases of new equipment, ensuring smooth integration and operation.
- Electrical Journeyman certification, dual ticket preferred.
- Knowledge and experience working with autonomous systems.
- Expert knowledge in Operation, Repair/Maintenance of 320XPC's.
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- SAP and solid MS office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Experience with Sales Force considered an asset.
