Administrative Manager Position with Competitive Salary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at RELIEFONCLICK LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. They will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Coordination: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervision: Supervise 1-2 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in office administration.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in English.
This is a permanent position, working 30-35 hours per week. Public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced.
