Job Title: Hairstyling Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to join our team at MAHEK BEAUTY SALON INC.

Job Summary:

The Hairstyling Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, including managing staff, planning and controlling budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budgets and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Support for Diversity: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees, and supports Veterans in translating their military skills and experience into the civilian job market.

Requirements: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
