Our dedicated team leverages knowledge-based program metrics covering integrated developments, low-, mid- and high-rise apartments, adaptive reuse, townhomes, attainable housing, and senior living.

As an Architect, you'll collaborate with other design team members to develop solutions appropriate to context, budget, and aesthetic requirements, working closely with other professional disciplines throughout all phases of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project requirements by analyzing information from reports and published documents.
  • Develop architectural designs that meet quality parameters, project timelines, and budgetary requirements.
  • Cordinate design intent with other disciplines.
  • Integrate engineering requirements, site surveys, and field review information, adhering to applicable codes and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Prepare design reports, drawings, and models following office standards.
  • Perform site visitations to ensure compliance with construction documents and identify any deviations.
  • Review project products, services, and shop drawings for adherence to project documents, relevant jurisdictional codes, and corporate quality controls.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in all phases of the project cycle is essential.
  • Affinity with architectural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PhotoShop, and other architectural design tools.
  • Familiarity with MEP and Structural building systems, as well as building codes.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is required.
  • Registration with a relevant professional architectural association is an asset.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
