We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at DC Cleaning Team Ltd. As a key member of our cleaning service company, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of various locations. About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors to a high standard
  • Dusting furniture and other surfaces
  • Vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handling lost and found items and reporting them to management
  • Picking up debris and emptying trash containers
  • Washing windows, walls, and ceilings

In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will also be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  • Have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Be willing to train and learn new skills
  • Have a criminal record check

Candidates must also be available for shift or on-call work and able to travel to various locations as required.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods. They must also be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking positions.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
