  • Key Responsibilities
    • Information Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
    • Mail and Supply Management: Open and distribute mail and other materials, as well as order office supplies and maintain inventory.
    • Scheduling and Communication: Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries.
    • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
    • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide customer service, and perform data entry.
    • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
      • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, as well as apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
