Communicative Disorders Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-language pathologist to join our team at Monarch House. In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide expert care and support to individuals with communication disorders.
Job SummaryThis is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a Speech-language pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with various types of communication disorders, including speech and language impairments, voice disorders, and swallowing difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication skills and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based interventions to address patients' communication needs, including speech therapy, language therapy, and voice therapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certification as a Speech-language pathologist by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working with adults and/or children with communication disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
