Rogers Communications is a leading Canadian media and telecommunications company, committed to innovation and building a brilliant modern future. As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the current IT infrastructure, identify critical gaps, and develop a technology roadmap to drive business growth.
  • Lead industry trend analysis, provide technical leadership in vendor selection initiatives, and communicate the technology vision to stakeholders.
  • Develop internal architectural standards, patterns, and best practices, and ensure their adoption across solution architects, tech leads, and developers.
  • Lead architecture review boards, govern the implementation of architectural principles, and provide strategic technical direction across value streams and ARTs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline (required).
  • 5-10 years of Solution or Enterprise Architecture experience in a large enterprise IT, preferably in telecommunications.
  • A strong understanding of Business Support Systems (BSS), including CRM, Order Management, HR, and ERP systems.
  • Strong decision-making, consensus building, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • A keen interest in learning opportunities to further develop self and community.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
