About the Role

Filoxenia Inc. is seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our food service team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of culinary operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and menu planning. With a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction, this individual will play a critical role in driving business success.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize ordering
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
  • Establish efficient workflows and schedules to meet peak demand periods
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or as a senior kitchen staff member
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
