Job Summary

Mobilize Connect is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration and Room Assignment: Register guests, assign rooms, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Room Status Updates: Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure accurate room status updates, including check-outs, late check-ins, and special requests.
  • Cash Handling and Accounting: Process guest check-outs, handle cash transactions, and perform end-of-day accounting tasks.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with the reservations department, housekeeping, and other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
