Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Clear Advantage Orthodontics.
About the Role- This is a permanent position, working approximately 35 hours per week.
- The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising other workers, training new staff members, and maintaining accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise and train other office staff members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including preparation of minutes.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
- Schedule appointments and confirm reservations for clients.
- Handle telephone calls and electronic enquiries from clients and external parties.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels to maintain a well-stocked environment.
- Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems for efficient data retrieval.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on the national average salary range for this role in the United States.
