Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bakery Operations Director to join our Food Store Team at our Minnedosa Location. The successful candidate will lead the direction for team members in all areas including performance management, talent development, engagement, talent acquisition, orientation, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the safe and effective operations of the Bakery department, including scheduling, ordering, brand standards, etc.
  • Collaborate with fellow team leaders on displays and store projects.
  • Production, packaging, and merchandising of products.
  • Accurate ordering and receiving of products.
  • Ensure high levels of image and cleanliness in line with our brand expectations.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the operations financial results, including sales, margin, wage cost, expenses, and contribution.

About You:

  • You have exceptional guest service skills.
  • You have strong attention to detail as well as interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • You have previous guest service or leadership experience.
  • You have the ability to work effectively with others.
  • You are available to work flexible hours, which will include days, evenings, and weekends.

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000-$85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
