Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Chef Big D's Deli and Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our restaurant's vision
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and labor to maintain profitability
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Collaborate with the restaurant's management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in leading kitchen teams and driving business results
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
