Senior Culinary Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen operations at Opa of Greece.
Key Responsibilities:- Cooking and Menu Planning: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
