About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Side by Side ABA Therapy. As a part-time SLP, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families, providing evidence-based intervention in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, registration with CASLPO, and excellent assessment and intervention skills. Experience providing home-based services is preferred, along with excellent communication and analytic skills, strong organizational abilities, and proof of professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assessments in a home setting using standardized tools, identifying presenting impairments or diagnoses.
  • Design treatment plans based on evidence-based information, best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise.
  • Engage clients, families, and caregivers to address client-centered goals.
  • Evaluate intervention effectiveness, client response, and progress toward achieving goals.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $85-$105, based on experience, education, and professional credentials. Flexible hours and scheduling allow for minimal travel time between clients. On-site parking and weekly pay are additional perks. We also provide ongoing support, learning, and room to grow both professionally and financially.
