Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Manager to join our team at Winnipeg Global Education College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and maintaining a high level of efficiency.
  • Supervise office support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and work quality.
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, optimizing resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
