About the Role

As a Hotel Front Office Coordinator at Camelot Court Motel, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless guest experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include registering guests, assigning rooms, and managing room reservations and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Room Assignment: Welcome guests, register them into our system, and assign rooms based on their preferences and availability.
  • Room Reservations and Cancellations: Manage room bookings, process cancellations, and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Providing Hotel Information and Services: Offer assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and amenities.
  • Departure Processing and Payment Receipt: Calculate charges, receive payments, and ensure smooth departures.
  • Inventory Management and Guest Assistance: Maintain room inventory, respond to guest requests, and provide support for special needs.
  • Phone and Message Support: Handle phone calls and messages from guests, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Support Programs and Work Details
  • We offer various programs supporting newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
  • This is a permanent work term with 40 hours of work per week.
  • The primary work language is English.
