Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our pediatric care team at ParaMed Home Health Care. As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in various settings, working closely with families to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' individualized needs using appropriate assessment tools and techniques.
  • Develop and continuously monitor care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Engage patients and their families using a collaborative approach, building rapport and trust to ensure optimal care.
  • Maintain and update professional patient records related to patient encounters and plans.

Requirements:

  • Current Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
  • Pediatric experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in delivering community care is an asset.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a passion for making a difference in your community.
  • Required on-call coverage, including after hours, to ensure patient safety and meet patient care needs.
