About the Role
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare high-quality meals for our customers.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet customer expectations and drive sales growth.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they meet quality standards and company policies.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food production.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a senior chef or executive chef role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes a base salary range and potential bonuses based on performance.
