Financial Transaction Coordinator

As a key member of the Canada Clean Fuels Inc team, the Financial Transaction Coordinator will play a vital role in managing the company's accounts receivable.
This dynamic role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage the financial transactions and ensure timely payments from debtors.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable: Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, from invoicing to collection of payments.
- Cash Flow Management: Effectively manage the company's cash flow by ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and with the accounts payable department to resolve any discrepancies.

- Sage Accounting Software: Proficient in using Sage Accounting Software to manage accounts receivable and cash flow.
