Banquet Porter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Porter to join our team at ROLOH INVESTMENTS LTD. O/A BEST WESTERN PORT O'CALL HOTEL. As a Banquet Porter, you will be responsible for setting up, installing, reconfiguring, relocating, and dismantling temporary partitions and furnishings of rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and install temporary partitions and furnishings in hotel rooms
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Organize and coordinate buffets and banquets
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Carry and replace linen
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and handle heavy loads. You will be working in a fast-paced hotel environment with a large workload and under pressure.
