Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Student Homestay Services Inc. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, establishing work schedules, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Provide emergency services
  • Prepare, administer and grade assigned work
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Manage staff and assign duties
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
