At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Professional to serve as the first point of contact for our clients in Brossard.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for an individual who excels in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations by greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and assisting visitors with a positive and welcoming experience.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Scheduling appointments and managing office calendars.
- Performing general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
