Operational Risk and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Operational Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team at eTeam.
As an Operational Risk and Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of operational risks within our HR department.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
You will be responsible for monitoring the execution of client group H/R control plans, local controls, and waivers, as well as ensuring the development and implementation of action plans to improve processes, prevent operational risk incidents, and mitigate key risks.

**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor the execution of client group H/R control plans, local controls, and waivers
- Develop and implement action plans to improve processes, prevent operational risk incidents, and mitigate key risks
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for H/R
- Collaborate with leaders from various functions, including Risk, Compliance, and TPRM
- Promote best practices in operational risk management through training and awareness sessions
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on business continuity plans and H/R governance and controls dashboards
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
**Salary:** $45 per hour, paid without any benefits. Please note that this salary does not include any additional compensation or incentives.
