Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Executive to lead our business transformation initiatives at Stonewood Group Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic plans that link technology initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy: Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's business objectives, driving financial, human resource, administrative, and support services functions.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Establish and communicate direction to a team of information services professionals, providing support services to the organization, and lead multiple information systems business projects in a complex and changing environment.
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, control, and lead business transformation projects encompassing people, process, and technology, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly collaborative environment, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Business Acumen: Possess a solid understanding of business systems, including financials, supply chain, service, workforce, payroll, and human resources, and the associated business processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Computer Science degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Fifteen (15) years of progressive career experience in technology, with a minimum of ten (10) years managing business solutions, enterprise back office information systems, and large-scale project implementations in an enterprise business systems environment.
  • Skills: Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and development, with excellent understanding of project management principles, and the ability to lead business transformation projects.
