Job Description
- Provide on-site support for applications, proprietary programs, and computer equipment used by the Firm.
- Respond to requests and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all requests in the Firm's ticketing system.
- Assess and resolve support requests based on urgency and available resources.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and arrange for external repairs as needed.
- Maintain loaner equipment and install new software as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of technical experience in a Help Desk or Service Desk environment.
- College degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Solid background in business applications and Microsoft Windows.
Benefits
This is a one-year contract position with opportunities for professional growth and development. The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
