Flexible Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity in Toronto Area

Closing the Gap Healthcare is a Canadian-owned, award-winning organization dedicated to providing high-quality care across various home and community-based healthcare services. We are currently seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a casual basis.
Job OverviewWe offer a flexible and independent schedule that allows you to work with adult clients in their home settings on a face-to-face basis and virtual sessions. Our hybrid model of care enables you to build a schedule that suits your needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments in a home setting based on presenting impairment or diagnosis using standardized assessment tools.
- Design a care plan using evidence-based information, relevant best practices, and clinical expertise.
- Partner with clients' family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals regarding care goals and service plans.
- Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
- Flexible and good organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and analytic skills, with strong organizational abilities.
A competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits including paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
