Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

KZenEdge Strategic Program Execution is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the implementation and integration of cutting-edge digital solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring effective governance and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement program plans to deliver solutions that meet business objectives
  2. Manage and prioritize cross-project issues and challenges
  3. Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring timely and clear communication with stakeholders
  4. Coordinate projects and their interdependencies, managing stakeholders and resources
  5. Provide coaching and guidance to project team members

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years of program management experience
  2. Appropriate certifications within PMI, supporting relevant experience
  3. Strong project and program management experience with large and complex IT/OT initiatives
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  5. Ability to build partnerships with business leadership teams
